Production Time

All of our lighting is made to order in our UK workshop.
Please allow the following lead times before dispatch:

  • Wall lights: Typically ready to ship within 2–3 weeks

  • Pendant lights, chandeliers, and custom fixtures: Usually ready to ship within 4–6 weeks

We craft each piece by hand with great care and attention to detail. Quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Time

  • United Kingdom (Domestic):
    Delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, some delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier or customs issues

  • Seasonal backlogs or holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’re happy to support you with tracking updates and assistance if any issues arise.
